The scissors appear to work, but they were covered in dirt and the box had clearly been opened from the bottom at some point. I cleaned them off and since they’re apparently functional I’ll keep them, but disappointed in getting what is clearly a used product that was expected to be new.

I liked everything about these. They are as described! I liked these so much I ordered a size smaller than these. So far I’ve recommended these to all my family and friends that garden!

Love them. Clean cut. Completely sharp. Do not leave these outside will rust.

I lost a treasured pair of these several months ago while gardening. I bought the originals through Smith and Hawkin back probably 30-35 years ago. I spent about a week going over every inch of my yard thinking I just dropped them or forgot to pick them up, but finally gave up and decided to buy a replacement. I was skeptical that these would be as good as the ones I’d lost, and although not the exact quality of the originals, they are pretty darn close, especially to these older eyes and hands…I am please with them and will try not to lose them again!

These are great bonsai shears. I use them to cut flowers in my garden. Like the feel of them and the sharp, sturdy feel.
