This is a great trowel and consider the low price, it is a real value for the money. I do a lot of gardening, both vegetable and ornamental, so I use tools like this a lot. Unfortunately, I also lose tools like this in the garden somehow. The nice thing about his one is it has bright green on the handle so it is easier to see and less likely to lose! What is most important in a tool like this is strength in the material. This trowel is really solid. I tried bending it and seeing if there was a weak sport, like where the metal meets the handle, and it was completely solid. The description says it is made of "High Carbon Steel for Ultimate Strength" and I believe it. I'm not sure how it is "Rust Resistant" but that's what the description says and that's a good thing because when you inevitably forget to bring in your tools and it rains, it is less likely to get really rusty. The description also says it has an "Ergonomic Grip" which is also true. It has a unique little notch in the handle for your thumb. I have not seen that before but it does make holding it especially nice on your hands and helps when digging to give you a little extra power behind the tool. I cannot say enough good things about this trowel!
